Do you provide same-day service and does it cost any extra money?
We do provide same-day service and there are no additional charges for it.
Do we have to pay extra for oven with hob and extractor cleaning?
The cleaning of the single oven,hob and extractor is included in the price. There is extra charge for a double oven and Range cooker.
Do I have to pay extra for any congestion charges or parking fees?
Our quoted price includes all taxes and services.The only charges that might apply on top of the price, are congestion (if the site address is in London congestion charge area) or parking fees. If you are able to provide a free parking space for the cleaners, you will not pay anything in addition.
Do you have a cancellation fee?
We apply a cancellation fee only if the service is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time or
if the customer fails to provide accessto our team as previously arranged.
What exactly does this 72-hour guarantee mean?
It means that in the unlikely case we have missed something, you can reach us within 3 days after the service and we will come back to fix it for free.We have the right to refuse or remove guarantee if the conditions is very poor.
Do we need to provide any detergents and cleaning materials?
No, our cleaners have their own professional cleaning products and equipment to bring with them when doing the cleaning.
Are your services guaranteed?
Our end of tenancy cleaning is a guaranteed service. If the experts missed a spot, or there is anything that you are not happy with, you can call us within 72 hours and the team will return to fix it free-of-charge.
Do you provide a receipt or a job completion form?
Yes. When the service is completed, you will receive a job completion form which you can use to prove to your landlord or letting agency that your property has been cleaned by a professional cleaning company.
How do I prepare my property for an end of tenancy cleaning?
- electricity
- running water (preferably hot as well)
- turn off your kitchen appliances the day before (especially fridge, freezer, oven)
- take all your personal belongings
- empty the drawers and shelves
- give us access and enjoy a shining property afterward
Do you do refund ?
If the customer is not completely satisfied with a cleaning job, TSV Cleaning will re-clean any areas and items to customer's satisfaction.
WE reserves the right not to return a cleaner more than once.
We do not offer a refund after finishing the services.
Could we pick up and return a keys from different location (Estate Agents)?
Yes, our teams can pick up and return a key from different address(local Estate Agents) for extra charge £10.
How can I pay ?
You can pay Cash on the day or Bank Transfer 1 day before cleaning session.Payment is requested on completion on the day of the cleaning session or 5 days upon receipt of an invoice otherwise a legal action will be taken.
Can we change a Pre-arranged offer for service?
We reserve the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Customer’s original requirements change or a discrepancy with pre-agreed services is established.
